I would like to share with you the secret of my wavy hair. The superhero is a curling iron  Remington Ci9522 Pearl Pro Curl... ;)

My opinion:

My hair after using  Remington Ci9522 Pearl Pro Curl 

Curly TIPS: 

1. use a heat-protecting product

2. wrap small sections of hair around the barrel 

3. hold the iron so the barrel is facing down toward the floor, then wrap your hair around it, starting from the roots and locking your ends in last

4. always allow your hair to cool down for a couple of minutes so the curl has a chance to set

5. don't hold your hair in the iron too long!
6. use an argan oil after you wave your hair ;)

There are many various trends for this season. If you do not know what to buy and what will be on top the next few months - do not worry! I will help you to make a right choice :)

Minimalism - because you are worth it!

so... what is minimalism anyway? Let me answer. This is a life lived with only the things you really need. Moreover, you intentionaly surround yourself with the things you most value and remove of everything that distracts you.

Of course, that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with owning material possessions. The problem of today  is the meaning we assign to our stuff. We tend to give too much meaning to our things, often forsaking our relationships, our passions or our personal growth. If you want to own a car or haute couture dress - go ahead! Minimalism simply allows you to make your life decisions (and priorities) more consciously, more deliberately.

Being minimalists means that we focus on  on what’s important so we can find happiness, fulfillment, and freedom. It isn’t easy to take the first steps (especially when you are a fashion lover!), but I am sure that this is worh it to begin.

There are 4 points which will help you to order your life:

1. You need only one object

We tend to accumulate things - jewelry, fashion magazines, high heels etc. In fact, all these objects overwhelm us with time and disturbs in our daily lives. The worst is that we often do not use many of them (sometimes we simply forget what we have). Thus, resist the temptation of having everything and surround yourself with universal objects - you need only one small black dress (but the amazing one!). Buy spring jacket which will also protect you from the rain. Do you really need these 5 white T-shirts? Minimalism is not only about your wardrobe. It is about your home as well. Use one notebook instead of ten. Buy good quality stuffs which you will love and adore! Have your favourite cup and lovely pen. Do not buy anything "for the future" but when it finishes (like sugar). 

2. One thing you buy one thing you throw away

Your home suppose to be a place where you rest. Instead of that we buy many things which weight us down. This rule is often very difficult to fulfil, because you have to replace one thing with another:

-new book? Sell one from your library

-new shirt? get rid of the one you look not that stunning!

Create a harmony in your surrounding...

 3. Technologies control the chaos

It is great to have your own passion and collect something. Nevertheless, is everything what we own connected with our passion? think about it and verify which kind of collection do you want? Subsequently, order it and store everything in one place (like your favorite jewelry). Analyse also, what do you want to collect e.g. you have a lot of books but you do have too many of them? Use kindle or ebooks. Also, download applications for your phone, use websites (to control finances etc.). Do not accumulate paper documents but use the computer!

4. Collect memories not things

Often our houses are full of stuff which are connected to people, who are out of our lives (for the different reasons). We finish a relationship, someone dies, someone moves to the other city... The fact is that things which owners disappeared become often an inseparable part of us. We collect them, take care of them, move from one place to another. Tableware of our grandma - it is not my style but I keep it anyway. Teddy bear from my ex. It is covered by dust and brings memories of the passed love. Can I imagine my life without those things? Yes, indeed. I deserve to be accompanied by the best objects, 100% your objects.

makeup trends fall winter 2014/2015

let's get ready  for the next fashion season! We already know which coat to buy (you can find it in my last post trends fall winter 2014/2015) The time for makeup has come! Fortunately, looking through the options, we find makeup alternatives for  taste and preference of any princess :) Beginning from the classic looks like natural vibes to the most extravagant variants (like those ‘overdosed’ smokey effect).

Sooo... pointing the main motives one by one we can categorize the fall/ winter 2014-2015 makeup trends as follows:

#1 Natural  makeup

The rosy lips and the peachy cheeks are the main accents of the natural effect this season. Some good examples may be found with the collections of Victoria Beckham, Jason Wu, Vera Wang, Dolce & Gabbana, Giambattista Valli, Tommy Hilfiger.

It is really unique style reserved for combative princesses

Trends for fall winter 2014/2015 HOT !!!

autumn is coming and it is high time to buy a coat! This season (again) you can find a few various trends. I like the fact, that everyone has a choice and can select anything he/she likes :)

Below you can see my proposals :) what is your choice?

Proposal no. 1. PASTEL 60s
Mini-skirts, trapeze dresses, graphic bobs and pastel colors making your  style like "the baby doll".
If you are: sweet, girlish and retro

Proposal no. 2. XXL coats

The same way as it was last year, coats are more popular than jackets. Again, the XXL coat is trendy.
If you are: individalistic, extravagant, brave

Proposal no. 3. Duvet coats
Those coats are  feminine and warm. Choose the one with an interesting print!
If you are: cold :)

Proposal no.4. Capes
OMG capes are wonderful for every princess!!! Feel yourself like a super hero!  (cause capes are impressive! :))

August - inspirations...

Dear Princess,

August was a busy month for me. I am extremely happy, because I gathered a lot of beautiful moments and memories! Photo session with Sergey, projects "catch 7 moments" and "wardrobe challenge project" gave me positivity and brought happiness to my life. Also, I had an opportunity to work as personal stylist - this was my first time with male client (totally different than with females!). It was demanding but fun!

What is more, I have begun with meditation. I feel sooo calm right now. I will try to write more and inspire you with my next posts :)

 Remember, this August will never happen again.

What is normcore?

Is the time of hipsters over? PROBABLY. The new style which is comming after ïs called Normcore" and, in short, it is a unisex fashion trend characterized by... average-looking clothing. The term combines two words "normal" and "hardcore". The "normcore" trend has been interpreted as a reaction to a fashion oversaturation resulting from ever faster-changing fashion trends (ok, let's say the true - too many hipsters everywhere!).

Normcore wearers simply do not wish to distinguish themselves from the others by their clothing. Obviously, this does not mean that they are people who wear whatever. They just consciously choose clothes that are undistinguished.

Normcore clothes include everyday items of casual wear such as short-sleeved shirts, jeans and t-shirts. These clothes are worn by men and women alike, making normcore a unisex style. Do you remember Steve Jobs? His style is 100% normcore! Are programists and computer scientists going to be the next fashion icons? We will see ;p

Clothes that meet the "normcore" description are mainly sold by large fashion and retail chains such as Esprit, Abercrombie& Fitch, Woolrich, Desigual or Closed. Below, you have some examples from Pinterest.com :) Enjoy and be fashionable!

Wardrobe Challange Project

Dear Princess,

Today I am gonna ask about your wardrobe. What is there? Obviously, it is essential (especially for us, princesses), to have beautiful clothes and accessories. This helps us to love ourselves and to feel good (I am sure, that each of us has her lovely black dress or skinny jeans). Analogically, even if we do not notice this, the old-fashioned and worn out clothes are disturbing us in our self-development. Believe me! Many of us wears anything while being home. After work we change our clothes in sport suits or streched panst. Princess, believe me, this is WRONG. Think about your husband/ boyfriend looking at you without makeup? Of course, we look beautiful for ourselves, but also for the relashionship. Also, I am sure that at least once you have had unexpected guests. What did you have on you that time? How did you feel welcomed your friend without makeup? This home/outsidehome change is shameful and makes us feel bad, thst is why we need to look good at any time. The motto sounds: Look gorgeous everyday, everytime, everywhere.

Thus, I would like to ask you to throw out your old stuff. Let's begin with the old socks and underwear and finish with our home sweaters. Please, look into your wardrobe and try to figure out, what looks good on you and what is already expired - do not hesitate! During this project, we throw out old and we make plans for things to buy. Write down, what exactly you need. It is so pleasant, isn't it? Remember, you do need to get rid of all your lovely streched pants. Why? because they make you fat, unattractive and neglected. For the next week we suppose to get rid of at least one ruined part of clothes. Start today!
